Iurii Koretniuk

Iurii Koretniuk is an experienced HR Data and Workforce Strategist currently serving as Principal HR Data and Workforce Strategist at Genesys since October 2015. With a strong background in strategic workforce planning, Iurii has developed a People Analytics framework and supported significant headcount growth and hiring needs through various insights and strategies. Previous roles include Program Manager for Global NPS & CX Design and Project Manager for NPS at Genesys, where expertise was applied in creating customer feedback systems and project management.
