Jay Elshaug

Jay Elshaug serves as the Vice President of Professional Services and Sales for North America at Genesys since December 2016, overseeing a team of 35 Consulting Sales Directors and managing pre-sales activities for the Professional Services Organization. Prior to this role, Jay held the position of Director, Professional Services, Engagement Management at Genesys | Interactive Intelligence from October 2005 to December 2016, where significant contributions were made to global services bookings and workflow efficiencies. As the founder of Queue2, Inc., Jay developed contact center strategies and received recognition for implementing a major deployment for the State of Tennessee. Additional experience includes holding the Vice President of Marketing position at FrogJazz, Inc., leading start-up efforts in VoIP, and serving as Vice President of TeleBanking at AmSouth Bank, managing large-scale call center operations. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
