Jon Simpson is a seasoned technology consultant with extensive experience in technical architecture and solution delivery. Currently serving as a Senior Principal PS Consultant for Technical Architecture at Genesys, Jon has held various roles in leading technology firms, including Advisory Solution Consultant at ServiceNow and Portfolio Solution Engineer at NICE Ltd. With a strong background in enterprise sales and client success, Jon has skillfully delivered complex software solutions at IBM and has extensive expertise in autodialer technologies from tenure at Citi. Jon holds both an MBA and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Tusculum University, along with an Associate of Applied Science in Information Technology from Northeast State Community College.
