Lauren Lawrence serves as the VP of Customer Success Employee Experience & Enablement and VP of Global Professional Services Operations at Genesys since July 2017. With a focus on leading global operations teams to enhance professional services, Lauren coordinates with multiple departments to achieve strategic goals and improve customer value delivery through effective tools and training. Previous experience includes senior roles at Genesys and Interactive Intelligence, along with account management and consulting positions at Six Feet Up, Inc. and Accenture. Lauren holds a Master's degree in Information and Communication Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication from Ball State University and completed a program at Duke Integrative Medicine in 2013.
