Lennard Fischer is an experienced marketing executive, currently serving as SVP Demand Generation at Genesys since June 2023, where a team of marketers is directed to drive global demand through all channels. Previously, Lennard held the role of SVP Global Revenue and Growth Marketing at Confluent, overseeing integrated marketing and developing strategic plans for market expansion from May 2021 to June 2023. At Okta, Inc., from February 2017 to May 2021, Lennard served as SVP and Vice President of Demand Generation, enhancing secure access to IT products. Additional roles include Principal at EMA Marketing LLC, CMO and SVP Marketing at Actian Corporation, and CMO & Executive Vice President of Marketing at BDNA Corporation. Lennard’s career also encompasses significant positions at Informatica and earlier experience at SAP and Unilever.
