Oliver Szabo

Oliver Szabo is a seasoned QA professional with extensive experience in software testing and team management. Currently serving as a Senior QA Manager at Genesys since August 2023, Oliver leads a team of 12 to advance frontend and backend QA efforts. Prior roles include Software Testing Team Leader at EPAM Systems, where Oliver managed an 8-person team and handled QA responsibilities, and Software Testing Manager at MSCI Inc., leading a migration to a new testing framework and overseeing multisite test executions. Having held various positions from Senior Software QA Engineer at Cognex Corporation to Automation Engineer/Test Manager at MSCI Inc., Oliver has a robust background in automation and process improvement. Oliver holds a Postgraduate Degree in Informatics in Banking and an MSc in Engineering Management from Budapest University of Technology and Economics.
