Robert Ritchy

Robert Ritchy is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software development and leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of the Genesys Cloud Platform at Genesys since December 2016, Robert oversees the development of a world-class product and a high-performing team. Prior to this position, Robert held various leadership roles at Interactive Intelligence, including Vice President of PureCloud and Development Group Director, where Robert focused on building collaboration and communication tools. Robert's career also includes roles as Chief Architect at OrgSpan, Director of Software Engineering at Jarbo, and significant contributions at Digitalsmiths, Openwave Systems, BEA Systems, Persona, Inc., TRW, and BDM, demonstrating a strong background in engineering and product architecture. Robert earned a BS in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1994.
