Sabyasachi Pradhan

Sabyasachi (Sachi) Pradhan is an experienced professional in product management with expertise in customer experience orchestration, analytics, and cloud solutions. Currently serving as Director of Product Management at Genesys since July 2021, Sachi focuses on establishing a new industry category around Experience as a Service. Previously, as Lead Product Manager for Merchant Solutions, Data & Analytics at Spreedly, Sachi revitalized the data architecture using a modern data stack. Sachi's background includes significant roles at IBM, overseeing product management for IBM Cloud Foundry and leading partnerships for IBM MobileFirst. Prior positions at BB&T, BlackBerry, RSA, and EMC involved product management, software development, and engineering, contributing to various technologies and applications. Sabyasachi holds an MBA from Duke University, a Master’s in Computer Science from Stony Brook University, and a Bachelor's in Computer Science and Engineering from Osmania University.
