Jackson Jones

Jackson Jones has extensive work experience in the field of sales and marketing, particularly in the molecular diagnostics industry. Jackson worked at Genetic Signatures as the Director of Global Sales and Marketing since February 2019. In this role, they identified business development opportunities, developed the international strategy for market development, managed a team, and implemented strategies for sales revenue growth. Jackson also undertook high-level contract negotiations and provided strategic planning guidance to the team. Prior to this, from August 2017, they were the Sales Marketing & Support Manager at Genetic Signatures where they were involved in various activities such as marketing plans, contract negotiations, and process improvement.

Before joining Genetic Signatures, Jackson worked at Bio-Rad Laboratories, starting as a Territory Manager in 2003 before becoming a Regional Sales Manager. Jackson later became the National Product Manager for the ANZ region and eventually the Clinical Diagnostics Group Manager for the Pacific Regional from September 2015 to July 2017.

Prior to their tenure at Bio-Rad, Jackson Jones worked as a BioScience Product Manager at John Morris Scientific from June 2006 to July 2007. Jackson also had experience at Sigma Aldrich as a Territory Manager from July 2003 to June 2006. Jackson had additional roles at Sigma Aldrich as SAFC Specialists and Technical Applications from 2000 to 2003. Overall, Jackson Jones has a diverse and comprehensive background in sales, marketing, and management in the molecular diagnostics industry.

Jackson Jones completed a Master of Business Commerce degree at Western Sydney University from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Biological Science degree in Biological Sciences (Honours) from the same university, studying from 1995 to 2000.
