What you'll bring: -3+ years of work experience in one or more of the following: commerce or marketing operations within the Consumer Tech, SaaS, Enterprise Tech, Business Messaging, or Platform Partnerships industries. -3+ years managing projects with very strong time management, organizational and communication skills. -Excellent oral and written communications to simply communicate complex requirements, presenting, meeting facilitation, negotiation, decision making, and problem-solving skills. -Exceptional attention to detail, organized and logical critical thinking. -Strong execution in a fast-paced environment being able to think and react quickly.

How you will lead: -You will leverage analytics to develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Retails in alignment with the company's strategic objectives. -You will develop the appropriate tactical plans necessary to implement and execute the Retail marketing strategy. -You will work hand in hand with the retail team to collaborate on marketing efforts. -You will seamlessly articulate throughout the organization the mission, strategy, and purpose of the campaigns to gather the resources and the necessary support to execute goals. -You will conduct market research to determine trends, opportunities and develop new out of the box marketing programs on a macro scale. -You will manage competitive market research, marketing analysis, planning, positioning, budgeting, collateral development, advertising, and public relations efforts for retail initiatives and product launches. -You will initiate and manage a marketing budget. -You will create, implement, and manage social media marketing and activities across all popular social media channels, including development and creation of social media ads and posts and track analytics. -You will facilitate website management, including written and digital content, redesign as needed, SEO optimization and tracking analytics. -You will set up vendor days or marketing events for the Retail team. -You will ensure that brand integrity, continuity and consistency is upheld across the organization. -You will maintain, build, and expand relationships with community partners both local or national, and other organizations to further increase brand awareness.
