Chester Moreno

Chester Moreno has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Chester started their career in 2004 as an Athletic Trainer at Rutgers University Newark Golden Dome Athletic Center and later became a Fitness Center Supervisor. In 2009, they worked as a Magnolia Home Theater Sales Representative/Specialist at Best Buy.

In 2011, Chester joined BioReference Laboratories as a Molecular Technologist/Research Assistant, where they gained expertise in analyzing specific microbes and DNA amplification techniques. Chester worked at BioReference Laboratories until 2020.

Chester then joined Labcorp as a Team Lead Technologist for a few months in 2020 before transitioning to GENETWORx the same year. At GENETWORx, they held multiple roles including Manager of Mobile Lab Operations/Lab Manager/Site Manager/Facilities Manager. In this role, they transformed three trailers into a successful multi-million dollar business, providing quick turnaround times for clients. Chester also managed and supervised the laboratory operations, handled biohazard and liquid waste pickups, and maintained facilities.

In addition to their lab and healthcare roles, Chester has also worked as an Online Personal Trainer/Macro Coach and a Brand Ambassador/Team Member at Fusion Sports Performance.
