Karen Fahy, Ed.D., serves as the School Improvement Coordinator for Geneva City School District since July 2022, also holding the role of Interim Assistant Superintendent. In addition, Karen has been the Executive Director of School Transformation and Accountability at The Center for Educational Innovation since September 2021. Prior positions include Director at Geneva2030, Director of ELA and Reading at Rochester City School District, and Director of Humanities at Geneva City School District, along with various roles in education and library services.
