Nicole Speak

Nicole Speak has been with Geneva Worldwide since October 2010, starting as an Assistant Vice President and working their way up to the position of Executive Vice President. In their role, Nicole oversees the retention and development of employees, focuses on improving profitability and efficiency, and works on developing the company's virtual organization and culture. Prior to their role at Geneva Worldwide, Nicole worked at CancerCare Manitoba as the Patient Experience & Health Records Coordinator. Nicole holds a B.A. in Business Management & Psychology from the University of Manitoba.
