Kajsa Arvidsson has a vast work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kajsa started their career at HP as an Account Manager, where they excelled in managing high volume production test equipment and scaling production into other continents. Kajsa then joined Ericsson, where they held various positions, including Head of Terminal and Partner Management, Director of Strategic Alliances and Terminals, and Head of Customer Business Development. In these roles, they focused on global business development, strategic alliances, and generating business leads for mobile broadband and core networks. Kajsa later became the Head of Strategic and Tactical Marketing and the Head of Solution Marketing, IT and Cloud at Ericsson, where they played a crucial role in creating market opportunities and thought leadership for cloud infrastructure and 5G transformation. Kajsa then transitioned to Nokia as the Head of Marketing and Communications for Europe, responsible for leading all marketing and communication activities in the region. Following their stint at Nokia, they held the position of Group CEO at Seliro, driving the transformation from a hardware company to a software company. Kajsa continued their journey in the technology sector as the Chief Commercial Officer at IOPSYS Software Solutions, leading the sales, marketing, and communication efforts for their open-source OS for broadband and IoT gateways. Currently, Kajsa Arvidsson is the CMO at Genexis, working towards revolutionizing fiber broadband connectivity in homes and ensuring that everyone can access high-speed internet. Kajsa is also a Board Member at Syncro Group AB, where they invest in tech companies that foster collaboration between people and brands in the digital economy.

Kajsa Arvidsson has a diverse education history. In 1995, they completed their MSc in Industrial Engineering and Management from Linköping University. In 2012, they attended Boston University to gain expertise in Leading within New Realities. Additionally, they participated in an executive training program called Ericsson Executive Training at Stanford University in 2015. In 2017, they completed a Communication Management program at Berghs School of Communication, specializing in Corporate Communication. Kajsa also briefly attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2012. Before their university studies, they attended Berzeliusskolan Linköping, although their field of study is unknown.
