Jaime Koebernick

Jaime oversees clinical operations for all active and new client practices being onboarded with PT Genie. Jaime provides a seamless onboarding process for new clients by creating a custom workflow and maintaining open communication with all parties to ensure consistency. She is the main point of contact for all clinics to address any questions or concerns.

Jaime conducts recruitment, hiring, and oversees the training of personnel to ensure the candidates are a good fit for the client’s practice. She develops and implements organizational policies and procedures for PT Genie that will correlate to outstanding patient care and client satisfaction.
