Israel Ortega

Israel Ortega is an experienced statistician with a diverse background in various roles within the field of predictive genetics and bioinformatics. Currently serving as a Senior Statistician at GENinCode Predictive Genetics since May 2022, Israel has previously held significant positions such as Head of Statistics at Amadix, Senior Bioinformatician at Gendiag, and Statistician in a freelance capacity. Additional experience includes working as a Statistics and Bioinformatics technician at Vall d’Hebron Institute of Research and as a Research and Teaching Assistant at Universitat de Barcelona.
