Arvind Kumar

Arvind Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Arvind began their career as a System Administrator at The Sachdev Group, where they ensured the smooth functioning of Toyota, Ford, and Hyundai Dealer Management Systems. Arvind later became the IT In-charge at the same company, leading a team of engineers and coordinating with software developers.

Arvind then moved on to work at Amalgamated Bean Coffee Trading Co Ltd, where they served as an IT Operations Manager and later as a Senior Manager of IT. Arvind managed the end-to-end infrastructure operations for Café Coffee Day (CCD) outlets across multiple cities, overseeing production systems, data management, network services, and more.

Arvind then worked as an AGM of IT at John Distilleries Ltd., where they managed infrastructure operations and handled projects such as the Enterprise Business Application System.

Arvind's next role was at Gate Gourmet, where they served as the Country Manager of IT, overseeing IT infrastructure, service management, network security, and more.

Arvind then joined Elior India as the General Manager of IT/IS and later as the Director of IT/IS & Digital Innovation. In these roles, they streamlined business IT operations, implemented SAP S4HANA, and managed the hosted cloud environment.

Currently, Arvind works at Genisys Group as the AVP and Head of IT & InfoSec. Their responsibilities include customer experience, cloud management, and digital transformation.

Throughout their career, Arvind has demonstrated expertise in IT operations management, digital transformation, information security, and project management.

Arvind Kumar completed an MBA in IT from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication from the Board of Technical Education, New Delhi from 1998 to 2001. Arvind also completed their 10+2 (XII) education in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from the Central Board of Secondary Education from 1997 to 1998.
