Ravinder Karwal

Ravinder Karwal has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple industries and positions. Ravinder most recently served as the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for Celerity - Hastings Equity Partners starting in 2024. Prior to that, they held the same role at Genius Group Limited since 2022. From 2017 to 2022, they occupied various roles within HGM - Private Equity Firm, including being the Chief Operating and Revenue Officer for a portfolio company, Chief Operating Officer for another portfolio company, VP of Sales for Hyrecar (HGM Investment), and VP of Strategy for Exela (HGM Portfolio Company). Before these experiences, they were the Vice President of Sales and Revenue at Apprion from 2014 to 2017. From 2011 to 2014, they served as the Director of Global Accounts at Emerson Automation Solutions. Ravinder co-founded Scholasti Soft Inc. in 2004, where they acted as the Chief Business Officer until 2011. Lastly, from 2003 to 2006, they worked as a Business Strategy and Technology Consultant at Emerson.

Ravinder Karwal has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Computer Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, as well as a Master's Degree in Business with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California. Additionally, they have completed a PMBOK Program in Project Management Professional from UC Irvine.
