Mallikarjuna Basavarajappa

Mallikarjuna Basavarajappa, MVSc, PhD, DABT, is an experienced professional in the field of toxicology, currently serving as Associate Director of Non-Clinical Safety and Toxicology at Genmab since May 2023. Prior to this role, Mallikarjuna held positions as Senior Scientist at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson and Toxicologist at GSK US, where responsibilities included preparing toxicological assessments, overseeing nonclinical toxicity testing, and developing Common Technical Documents for regulatory submissions. Earlier career experience includes a Research Fellow role at the National Center for Toxicological Research at the FDA and a Graduate Research Assistant position at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
