Charles Phillips

Charles Phillips is an Early Warning Analyst at Genocide Watch, using Dr. Gregory Stanton's 10 Stages of Genocide to track the status of persecuted groups in various countries. Charles also holds positions as a Staff Writer at FSU Political Review, an Intern at Public Interest Research Group, and a Staff Member at International Academic Competitions. Additionally, Charles served as a Case Management Intern at the International Rescue Committee, assisting refugees in accessing essential services. Charles has a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Florida State University and completed the IB Diploma in the International Baccalaureate Program at Largo High School.
