Tim Frost is an experienced procurement professional specializing in commercial procurement and sourcing. Currently serving as the Head of Commercial Procurement at Genomics England since May 2024, Tim has held key roles in various organizations including Procurement Manager at Campden BRI and Commercial Lead - Technology at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs. Previously, Tim contributed as a Procurement Business Partner - Clinical at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, managing significant projects during the pandemic. Tim’s extensive career includes a tenure at the University of Oxford, where roles ranged from Senior Purchasing Manager to Buyer. Tim's educational background includes a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Liverpool.
