Rebecca Williams has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2016, they worked as an Administrative Assistant at Jefferson Apartment Group until 2017. In 2017, they served as the Public Relations Chair for Alpha Delta Pi Sorority. From 2018 to 2019, Rebecca worked as a Marketing and E-Commerce Sales Associate at Cutler Kitchen & Bath and as an Undergraduate Psychology Research Assistant at Jackson Health System. In 2018, they also served as a Coca-Cola Campus Ambassador at The Coca-Cola Company. In 2019, they interned as a Celebrity Cruises Web Marketing Intern at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Starting in 2020, Rebecca worked as an Ecommerce & Community Engagement Associate Manager at Genomind. Currently, they are an SEO Associate Manager at The Children's Place, starting in 2023.

Rebecca Williams earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Miami, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. Additionally, they pursued studies in Spanish Language and Literature during the same time at the same university.
