Azra Frkatović-Hodžić is an experienced researcher currently serving as an Early Stage Researcher at Genos Ltd since February 2018, focusing on the genetic background of human immunoglobulin G N-glycosylation. In May 2019, Azra contributed as a Guest Researcher at King's College London, participating in the IMforFUTURE project and engaging in gene-environment interaction analysis. Additionally, Azra held a Guest Researcher position at The University of Edinburgh in late 2018, acquiring skills for conducting genome-wide association studies. Prior to these roles, Azra was a Student Assistant at International BURCH University from August 2015 to June 2017, supporting laboratory exercises and departmental activities. Azra earned a PhD from the University of Zagreb in July 2022, alongside a Master’s degree in Genetics and Bioengineering and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from International BURCH University.
