Ruchika Srivastava

Ruchika Srivastava is a seasoned professional with over 21 years of experience in Human Resources, currently serving as Vice President at Genpact since June 2021. Ruchika has held various strategic roles within the company, including HR Business Partner, HR Lead, and roles in Talent Management and M&A HR. With a strong focus on the end-to-end employee lifecycle, Ruchika is dedicated to implementing effective employee engagement and retention practices. Prior to the current role, Ruchika served as Assistant Vice President at Genpact India from August 2014 to June 2021.
