Laura Tirado

Laura Tirado joins Genprex as an Associate Manager of Supply Chain and Logistics. She provides support to the CMC Technology and Manufacturing teams and closely interfaces with Project Management, Clinical Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory Affairs, and CMOs to develop clinical supply requirement plans and lead supply chain activities with internal organizations and external vendors. She also creates, reviews and updates supply plans for GMP Manufacturing campaigns to meet the demands of multiple clinical trials.

Ms. Tirado brings strong experience in business development, project management and managing collaborative relationships. Prior to joining Genprex, Ms. Tirado worked at GXP Quality Systems LLC where she developed extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical development process and Quality Management Systems, and she managed, maintained and supported regulatory submissions and documents. She has specific experience in CMC, Clinical Operations, Informational Amendments and General Correspondence submissions. Prior to GXPQS, she worked as a research assistant at MD Anderson Cancer Center (Houston, TX) where she gained valuable laboratory experience and at The University of Texas Health Science Center (UTHealth) as an Administrative Services Officer with additional responsibilities of leading grants management. Laura graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Molecular Biology.
