Ken Horner

Ken joined Gentex in 2004 as a Product Manager, and has held positions of increasing responsibility within the Electrical Engineering, Product and Quality teams. In 2009, he was promoted to Director of Quality, and in 2011, he was promoted to Vice President of Quality. In 2020, his role increased to include Vice President of Program Management. In these roles, Ken is able to oversee Customer Quality, Internal Quality, and Supplier Quality as well as the launch activities of our programs at each customer. Prior to his career at Gentex, Ken worked as a Program Manager at Johnson Controls. Ken also served in the United States Army for four years, and was honorably discharged. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Western Michigan University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Grand Valley State University.
