Karthik Channapatna Ranganath

Karthik Channapatna Ranganath has a diverse work experience starting from 2013. Karthik worked as an Intern at Ace Designers, TaeguTec India Pvt Ltd, and TD Power Systems Pvt Ltd. In 2016, they joined ZF Group as an Intern and later worked as a Master Thesis Student. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Quality Engineer at Testo SE & Co. KGaA, where they were responsible for quality assurance concepts, FMEA, MSA, and production control plans. Karthik then moved on to Gentherm, where they held the roles of Warranty Engineer and currently works as a Quality Leader (Team Lead) starting in 2023.

Karthik Channapatna Ranganath holds a Master's degree in Commercial Vehicle Technology, which they obtained from the Technische Universität Kaiserslautern. Karthik pursued this degree from the year 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2009 to 2013, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University. In addition to their formal education, Karthik has obtained several certifications. These include the "Operational Excellence Foundations" certification from LinkedIn in May 2020, "The hidden value – Lean in manufacturing and services" certification from Coursera in October 2018, and the "Six Sigma White Belt DMAIC-Basisschulung" certification from ZF Group in July 2017.
