Phil Eyler

Phil Eyler is President and Chief Executive Officer of Gentherm, the global market leader and developer of innovative thermal management technologies. Eyler joined Gentherm in December 2017 and serves on the Company’s Board of Directors.

As President and CEO, Eyler leads more than 13,000 employees in 13 countries, where he is responsible for the strategic direction and operational leadership of the company. Gentherm is driving growth through its core business of Automotive Climate and Comfort Systems as well as new initiatives, such as Battery Thermal Management and Medical Patient Temperature Management.
