Rachel Creely

Rachel Creely has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Lead System Engineer at Gentherm, which began in October 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Yanfeng from 2020 to 2023, where they held multiple positions including Senior Global Business Systems Engineer, Global Business Systems Engineer, and Quality Systems Engineer. From 2018 to 2020, they were a Quality Launch Engineer at The Woodbridge Group. Rachel also served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Mississippi State University from 2017 to 2018. Rachel gained industrial engineering experience as an Industrial Engineering Intern at St. Dominic Hospital in 2016 and as an Internal Logistics Engineering Intern at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Mississippi in 2015.

Rachel Creely completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering at Mississippi State University from 2013 to 2017. Rachel then pursued further education at the same institution and received their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering with a concentration in Management Systems Engineering from 2017 to 2018. In addition to their degrees, they obtained a certification in Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals from Microsoft in November 2022.
