Before GenUI, Anthony was the CEO of Forged by Geeks LLC, where they successfully managed the creation and release of Defense Grid: The Board Game, which raised over $130,000 on Kickstarter. Anthony also implemented agile software development processes for improved design and development.

At Microsoft, Anthony served as a Producer for Minecraft, leading multiple major releases on various platforms and successfully delivering Minecraft Realms Plus on time. Anthony also worked as a Senior Program Manager at Xevo Inc., where they reworked internal processes and improved the relationship with a key client, Toyota.

Anthony's experience also includes founding and leading Storinit, a startup where they handled various responsibilities, and working as a Program Manager and Product Manager at Microsoft, driving successful projects within Bing.
