Raj Thakkar

Raj Thakkar is a Lead Product Designer at Genuin since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Product Designer at WhizKey from November 2017 to April 2021. Raj also has experience as a Co-Founder at Chokdi, where they infused traditional Indian Art of Cross Stitching with designs based on movies, TV shows, and comic characters on t-shirts. Raj was involved with Chokdi from July 2014 to December 2016. Before that, they worked as a UI/UX Design Intern at IWe from December 2015 to May 2016. Raj also served as a Design Innovator at Kumbha Foundation in association with MIT for a brief period in July 2015. Additionally, they gained experience as a Design Intern at Inkrasa in May 2014.

Raj Thakkar completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Information and Communication Technology from Ahmedabad University, where they studied from 2012 to 2016. In addition, they obtained a certification in Information Design from Industrial Design Centre, IIT Bombay in September 2016. Raj also earned the title of Immersive Storytelling Scholar from MIT India Initiative in January 2015.
