Manny Manno is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the higher education sector, currently serving as the Vice President of Higher Education at Genuine Foods since October 2023. Previously, Manny held various leadership roles at Aramark Collegiate Hospitality, including Director of Strategic Development and District Manager, where responsibilities encompassed new sales, client relationship management, contract negotiations, and financial oversight. With a foundational background in food service management from roles at Canteen Service Company, Sebago Brewing Company, and Heartland Brewery, Manny has consistently demonstrated expertise in budgeting, team development, and operational excellence. Manny holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University.
