Ryan Church

Ryan Church has a strong and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Ryan started their career at Cummins Rocky Mountain LLC and quickly rose through the ranks, eventually becoming Vice President of Central Operations. Ryan successfully grew sales and improved profitability in the region. Ryan then took on the role of Aftermarket Director at Cummins Arabia, where they led a merger and implemented collaborative leadership practices. Church later joined Cummins Deutschland GmbH as Country Leader, where they increased EBIT and implemented cost containment measures. Ryan returned to Cummins Inc. as Senior Director of Supply Chain and eventually became VP of DC Operations at Genuine Parts Company. Throughout their career, Church consistently achieved significant results, such as increasing revenue, improving profitability, and leading successful mergers and cost-saving initiatives.

Ryan Church has an MBA in Statistics/Operations from the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business. Ryan also obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biology, General from Penn State University. Additionally, they have certifications in the North American Leadership Development Program (obtained in 2018), the European Leadership Development Program (obtained in 2016), and Six Sigma Black Belt (obtained in 2007), all from Cummins Inc.
