Andrew Grutka

Andrew Grutka has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Andrew began their career as a Baseball Coach at Lakeland Baseball Academy in 2007. Andrew then worked as a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, where they focused on helping individuals and businesses with their financial planning needs. Afterwards, they joined Paychex as a Retirement Plan Specialist, assisting business owners in implementing small business retirement plans. Andrew then moved on to roles at SpinCar™ and NOCO Energy Corp., where they gained experience in business development and energy analysis respectively. Andrew also worked at JGB Enterprises, Inc, where they held positions in National Inside Sales and Internet Sales. In 2019, they joined Gulfeagle Supply as a Territory Manager, before transitioning to Michael Page as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in Accounting & Finance. Andrew steadily progressed within the company, taking on roles such as Senior Recruitment Consultant, Managing Consultant, and Manager. Most recently, Andrew joined Genuine Search Group as an Associate Director in Accounting & Finance Recruitment in 2023.

Andrew Grutka earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Sports Management from Florida Southern College in 2010. Andrew later obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration from the same institution in 2011.
