Jeannie S. Porter

Jeannie S. Porter is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and contract management. Currently serving as Corporate Legal Counsel at Genus PLC since April 2021, Jeannie manages a diverse array of contracts, including customer agreements and research collaborations. Previously, Jeannie held the position of Lead Counsel at CUNA Mutual Group for eight years, overseeing customer contracting processes and leading a team of Legal Specialists. Jeannie's background includes roles in legal education as an adjunct instructor and associate lecturer, as well as significant contributions to legal editing and compliance monitoring. Jeannie earned a Juris Doctor degree from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from UW-Platteville.
