Jim Ryan

Jim Ryan has extensive experience in commercial real estate, risk management, and asset management. Jim held roles at companies like Genworth, Morgan Stanley, O'Halloran Ryan LLP, Dreier LLP, and Kelley Drye & Warren LLP. Their responsibilities included managing a large commercial real estate loan portfolio, providing investments counsel, and working on corporate and real estate matters.

Jim Ryan completed their Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Villanova University in 1996. Jim then pursued a Juris Doctor degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, graduating in 1999. Following this, they obtained a Master of Laws in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law in 2000.
