Senior Electrical Engineer at Geocene

Dylan Jackson has been working in the engineering field since 2007. Dylan began as a Research Assistant at Boston University, followed by a Senior Tech Consultant role in the same organization. In 2008, they also worked as a Substitute Teacher at Mainland Regional High School. From 2010 to 2014, they were an Associate Technical Staff (Electrical Engineer) at MIT Lincoln Laboratory. Dylan then worked as an Embedded Systems Engineer at QBotix, Inc. from 2014 to 2015. After that, they worked as an Electrical Engineer at Persistent Efficiency from 2015 to 2016. In 2016, they became a Lead Embedded Engineer at Spire Health, where they were solely responsible for the electrical design and PCB layout of the Spire Health Tag. Dylan currently works as a Senior Electrical Engineer at Geocene, filling both solo technical lead and team contributor roles on client hardware and firmware projects. Theirresponsibilities include project planning, direct client communication, hardware design (concept through production), and firmware development. Theirprojects span across multiple industries, including medical, industrial, and agricultural IoT.

Dylan Jackson attended Boston University from 2006 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical Engineering in 2010, followed by a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering in 2012.
