Craig Hayes

Craig Hayes has a strong background in operations and supply chain management. Craig is currently working as the Sr Vice President High Tech Operations at GEODIS since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Operations at CEVA Logistics from March 2017 to January 2022, where they were responsible for leading their North American fulfillment solutions for the consumer and electronics retail sector. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Operations Supply Chain at Arvato Bertelsmann North America from June 2016 to March 2017. Hayes also held key leadership roles at eBay Enterprise (formerly GSI Commerce) as Vice President of Operations from May 2008 to March 2016, at Newegg.com as Vice President of Logistics from March 2005 to December 2007, at QLogic as Vice President of Distribution Operations in 2004, and at Comarco Wireless Technologies as Vice President of Supply Chain in 2003. Craig started their career in 1997 at Ingram Micro, where they served as Vice President of Operations. Hayes managed multiple high volume B2B centers and oversaw various aspects of operations, including staffing, quality, productivity, performance metrics, and inventory control.
