Jennifer Schildt Hunter has over 20 years of experience in corporate law and legal counsel roles. Jennifer Schildt is currently serving as the Vice President & Associate General Counsel at GEODIS since 2019. Previously, Jennifer worked as the Assistant General Counsel at Ingram Content Group from 2006 to 2018, where they handled a wide range of legal matters including corporate agreements, acquisitions, and employment issues. Prior to that, they held the position of Assistant General Counsel at BH1 from 2004 to 2006, focusing on corporate organizational documents, agreements, and due diligence. Jennifer began their legal career as a General Attorney at TTX Company from 1999 to 2003, where they managed intellectual property matters, information technology agreements, and departmental administration.

Jennifer Schildt Hunter completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1993 to 1997. Jennifer Schildt then pursued their Juris Doctorate (JD) at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law from 1997 to 2000.
