Kasper started their career at IC Group A/S in 1999, where they held various roles such as Sales Manager, Regional Franchise Manager, and Country Manager. In these positions, they focused on optimizing sales, earnings, and distribution planning for brands like InWear, Matinique, PartTwo, Jackpot, and Cottonfield. Kasper achieved strong profit development, increased turnover, and improved gross margin percentages. From 2010 to 2018, Kasper worked at Pandora A/S as Vice President for the Nordic region. Kasper successfully optimized sales and earnings through brand management, distribution planning, and leading a team of over 250 people.
