Lone Sofia Vivike

Lone Sofia Vivike has extensive work experience in various roles within human resources and business development. Lone Sofia currently holds the position of Global HR Director Retail at Fiskars Group since January 2024. Prior to this, they worked as a Global Human Resources Director at Georg Jensen starting from June 2023. From December 2020 to June 2023, they served as the HR Manager for Scandinavia & Spain at Hunkemöller International BV. Lone has also held positions such as Head of HR & BS at Gebr. Heinemann Retail from October 2018 to November 2020 and Global People Specialist & People Partner at Designit from January 2017 to May 2018. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Executive and Senior Consultant for LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® at Inthrface from October 2014 to December 2016, and as an HR Manager for development, performance, and internal communication at Aalborg Portland from August 2013 to July 2014. Prior to that, they served as an HRD Manager at Coor Service Management from January 2011 to April 2013. Lone Sofia also has experience as a Project Manager in Business Development at DR, Danmarks Radio from September 2008 to January 2011 and as a Product Manager/Project Manager/Business Development at TDC Group from 2001 to 2008.

Lone Sofia Vivike attended Roskilde University from 2010 to 2012, where they completed a MPO (Master in the Psychology of Organisations) degree in Organisational Psychology. Prior to that, from 1993 to 2000, they attended Københavns Universitet, majoring in Arts with a focus on Communication and Cultural Studies, and Social Psychology.
