Sean S. Costigan PhD serves as the Managing Director of Resilience Strategy and Director of Cyber Policy at Red Sift, where responsibilities include overseeing and advising on cybersecurity resilience policies. As a Professor at the George C. Marshall Center, Sean focuses on educating students in global cybersecurity and national security issues. Additionally, Sean holds roles as Publisher at Defense Press, Senior Advisor at the Partnership for Peace Consortium, and Executive Editor of the journal Connections. Other notable positions include advising for MULTIVARIATE and serving as a university lecturer at The New School. Sean previously held leadership roles in various organizations, including as Chief Technology Officer at MIT Press. Academic qualifications include a Doctorate from the University of Portsmouth and a degree from Harvard University in the History of Science.
