Josh Kinchen

Josh Kinchen, M.Ed., CSAEd, is an experienced leader in LGBTQ+ resources with a current position as Director of the LGBTQ+ Resources Center at George Mason University, serving since February 2018. In this role, Josh engages in strategic initiatives and oversees a substantial budget while directing program assessments and professional development efforts. Previous experience includes positions as Associate Director of LGBTQ+ Resources at George Mason University, Program Coordinator at Florida State University, and various roles in LGBTQIA resource offices at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Josh holds a Master of Education in Higher Education Administration and is pursuing a Doctor of Education at the University of Southern Mississippi, further strengthening expertise in the field.
