Quentin Bazar is the President of Georgetown Blockchain, where responsibilities include designing and implementing the Protocol Governance Division and leading a team in analyzing DAO proposals. Experience includes serving as a Paralegal Intern at the United States Attorneys' Offices and as a Firmwide Legal Recruiting Intern at Kirkland & Ellis. Prior roles also encompass consulting for Social Impact at Georgetown, where Quentin developed strategies for community engagement and volunteer retention, and an Investment Intern position at Turning Rock Partners, focused on financial analysis and reporting. Quentin began the academic journey at Northeastern University before transferring to Georgetown University, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Government. Early education includes attendance at Phillips Exeter Academy.
