Joshua Gray is a seasoned professional in the field of homelessness and community service management, currently serving as the Continuum of Care Program Manager for the Georgia Department of Community Affairs since August 2017. Joshua oversees the homeless response system across 152 counties in Georgia and has extensive experience in data research, program analysis, and consultation through Joshua W. Gray Consulting. Previously, Joshua held key positions such as HMIS Specialist at Partners for HOME and Implementation Specialist at Pathways Community Network Institute, focusing on technical assistance and system implementation. Joshua's career began with roles in crisis management and volunteer coordination, including serving as Crisis Shelter Coordinator at Covenant House Georgia and as Director of Programs at StandUp For Kids. Joshua holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Cincinnati, earned between 2001 and 2005.
