Rusi Patel

Rusi Patel has a diverse range of work experience in the legal field. Rusi started their career as a Legal Intern at Athens-Clarke County in 2006. Rusi then joined Henry and Bruce as a Law Clerk from August 2006 to August 2007. Following that, they worked as an Assistant City Attorney for the City of Brunswick, Georgia from August 2007 to December 2010. From 2010 to 2016, they served as an Associate General Counsel at the Georgia Municipal Association. Rusi then advanced to the position of Senior Associate General Counsel at the same organization from December 2016 to May 2019. Currently, they hold the role of General Counsel at the Georgia Municipal Association.

Rusi Patel completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English and History with Honors at The University of Georgia from 2000 to 2004. Following that, Rusi went on to pursue a Juris Doctor (JD) degree at the University of Georgia School of Law from 2004 to 2007.
