Kieran Morrow is the Equity & Civil Rights Compliance, Title IX Coordinator, and ADA-Section 504 Coordinator at Georgia State University. Kieran has been in this role since August 2021.

Previously, they served as the Diversity and Equal Employment Specialist at The University of Georgia from February 2018 to August 2021. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing, monitoring and reviewing EEO policy, compliance and procedures; providing counseling and information on diversity and compliance issues; conducting investigations into violations of Title IX and non-discrimination policies; serving as liaison between the College community and campus interest groups; and working with the College in the development of innovative recruitment efforts.

Before their time at The University of Georgia, Kieran served as the Chief Diversity Officer, Title IX Coordinator, and Section 504/ADA Coordinator at Baruch College from August 2014 to February 2017. In this role, they were responsible for the filing of the College's annual affirmative action plan, heading the Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Committee, leading the Workplace Violence Prevention Task Force, overseeing Athletic Compliance Team (ensuring compliance with NCAA Division III policies), and serving on the Zicklin School of Business’s PhD Project Taskforce (works with KPMG’s PhD Project, a minority student pipeline initiative focused on business-related disciplines) and Professional Staff Screening Committee (review and approval of merit-based salary increases, new and substitute appointments, and reclassifications).

Notable achievements during their time at Baruch College include inaugurating the annual Diversity Speakers Series in 2015, reorganizing the way all searches, and particularly faculty searches, are conducted to increase equal opportunity for under-represented groups and minimize unconscious bias among search committees, and developing and commencing the implementation of the ODCEI’s first strategic plan aligned with the College’s 2013-18 Strategic Plan.

Kieran Morrow has a J.D. from Harvard Law School, a Bachelor of Arts in English from Duke University, and a Bachelor's degree in English from Duke University.
