David Namchevadze

David Namchevadze is an experienced professional in the field of information security and legal consulting, currently serving as the Information Security Officer and Chief Information Security Officer at Georgian State Electrosystem since April 2016. Additionally, David holds the position of Legal Expert at the Sustainable Development Organization (SDO) and has worked as a consultant with various organizations, including Niras A/S and Danida, focusing on energy efficiency and renewable energy initiatives in Georgia. Prior to these roles, David accumulated extensive legal experience at JSC Electricity System Commercial Operator ESCO, the Georgian Wholesale Electricity Market, and the Ministry of Energy of Georgia, among others. David received a Master's degree in Law from The State University of Tbilisi and has a background in Natural Sciences from the College for Natural Sciences at the Institute of Physics of Georgia.
