Georgina Wood

Georgina Wood has over 20 years of experience in the food industry. Georgina began their career in 2000 as an NPD Controller for Greencore. In 2007, they took on the role of Head of Food for EAT., where they were responsible for concept development and launch of food and drinks across the EAT. estate. In 2009, they co-founded and became the Food Innovations Director of Pardoe & Wood Ltd. In 2011, they took on the role of Head of Food for Bigham's. In 2017, they became the Director of Food for Greencore. In 2019, they became the Head of Product for Convenience Foods at Marks and Spencer. Most recently in 2020, they co-founded Georgie & Tom's and is currently the Head of Food.

Georgina Wood attended Cardiff Metropolitan University from 1995 to 1998 and obtained a BSc. in Food Science with a field of study in Life Sciences.
