Madeleine Ogden

Madeleine Ogden has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Madeleine started their career in 2016 as a Portfolio Operations Administration Officer at Defence Housing Australia. In 2017, they served as an Intern at Invictus Games Sydney 2018 and also volunteered as a Youth Group Volunteer at headspace. That same year, they worked as a Front Desk Receptionist at The Secretary at City Executive Suites. In 2018, Madeleine worked as a Business Associate at Accenture Australia and concurrently held the role of Administrative Assistant at the Australian Government Department of Jobs and Small Business. Madeleine then progressed to become a Manager at Synergy Group Australia, a dynamic accounting and consulting firm. Madeleine'smost recent position was as a Workforce Transformation Manager at Brand Rebellion, where they focused on implementing HR strategies. Currently, Madeleine is the Manager of HR Strategy at Geoscience Australia.

Madeleine Ogden completed their education at The Australian National University. From 2013 to 2017, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management. In addition to their BBA degree, they also obtained a Bachelor of International Relations from the same university, which they completed from 2014 to 2017 with a specialization in International Relations.
